Rose Innovations, LLC is a one-of-a-kind horticultural and aquatic operation dedicated to developing the most reliable and competitively superior roses and ornamental plants possible. This inventive business features a spectacular two-acre ornamental garden which is the backdrop for rigorous research, testing and development. Best known as the Home of the Knock Out Rose, our independently-owned business has produced over 50 plant patents.

Rose Innovations is seeking individuals who are like us and are passionate about ornamental horticulture. Our team is expanding. We are interested in hard-working candidates with a variety of experience who have a desire for plant knowledge and a commitment to learning. A variety of opportunities exist from design to inventory management.

You have:

• Extensive knowledge of plants including the ability to identify a wide variety of types.

• Proficiency in the proper use of plant terminology.

• Upbeat, even-tempered attitude.

• Competency in the use of Apple products including FileMaker Pro, Pages and Numbers.

• Excellent communication skills.

• The ability to multi-task, complete assignments, and stay focused through interruptions of work flow.

• Initiative to self-start and take on the responsibility to independently finish tasks and projects.

• Consistently punctual with reliable transportation to our operation in Greenfield, Wisconsin.
